Why are your sedan rates comparable to taxis and shuttles?
Not only are our sedan rates comparable to other forms of ground transportation but they are actually less expensive in many instances. The rates for our luxury sedan services are comparable to taxis and shuttle vans for a couple of reasons. Our sedan service is priced with flat rates and never metered. You are never charged for wait time, traffic delays or unexpected mileage. All taxis dispatched from TIA tend to have a significantly larger initial 'flag drop' charge meaning it costs more money just stepping into an airport taxi.

What if I lost something?
Our passengers are sometimes in a hurry and inadvertently leave items behind in a vehicle. Our drivers return some lost items to our offices where we make some effort to reunite them with their owner. How do I create a Charge Account?
Creating a charge account with us is easy and doesn't cost anything at all. Account holders are able to charge our services and be billed on a monthly basis. For more information and an application please visit our Charge Account page.

How do I reserve airport transportation at TIA?
There are a few ways to make reservations for transportation at TIA and you can choose whichever option you'd prefer. One option is that you can contact our AAA Sedan office located on-site at the airport. The phone number is 520-594-9444 and the satellite office at TIA is staffed every day from 7:30AM until midnight. Our customer service center is staffed 24-hours a day and someone on our staff will always be happy to assist you at any time. You may also send your request via email to jose@aaayell0waz.com making sure to include your contact information so we can follow up with your request or you can complete a RESERVATION REQUEST online.
Whichever way you'd prefer is fine with us.

Can you provide transportation for my entire meeting?
Absolutely. We are able to accommodate large groups, conventions and meetings of about any size and it's not uncommon for us to coordinate transportation for 500 guests at a time. Please see our GROUPS page for more details.
